Puppet horror for demanding viewers by Jičín stage designer and theatre artist Robert Smolík
In 1950, inspired by the Jičín legend of the vampire, Josef Váchal drew a colour drawing called Vampire at Koštofránk. In a similar way, Jičín native Robert Smolík, inspired by the legend and this painting, created a colourful horror miniature in the form of a puppet show with musical accompaniment by the explorer of early music Miochael Pospisil.
