VOLUNTEERING
The festival works thanks to the great help of a team of volunteers. If you would like to lend a hand in organizing the festival, please fill out the brief sign-up form by 15 August for the information you need. Alternatively, email produkce@valdstejnskalodzie.cz and we will be happy to get back to you. For your help, you will receive free entry to the festival, refreshments, a festival team t-shirt and a unique behind-the-scenes experience at the Lodge Worldfest.
HEROES OF THE LODGIE WORLDFEST 2025
Before the festival, we need help clearing All Saints Church under Zebín of pigeon droppings. The church is one of the main festival stages, and since it isn’t used throughout the year, we have to clean it completely every year. Unfortunately, this year the volunteer team from Tamjdem won’t be coming, so we are turning to you. Anyone who helps clear this cultural sanctuary the weekend before Worldfest will receive a free ticket to the entire festival.

TRAVEL
Valdštejnská lodžie is located less than 2 km from the centre of Jičín, at the end of the lime avenue. Due to the lack of parking spaces, please use public or shared transport.

Train: station Jicin, stop (direct train from the direction of Hradec Kralove and Turnov or change in Jicin)
Bus: Stop Jičín, Sedličky

PARKING
Please take advantage of parking:
at the sporotvny complex in Jičín (U Stadionu street)
along the barracks in Jičín (Revoluční street, along the lime avenue)
in the adjacent town of Valdice

ACCOMMODATION
You can use the free accommodation in the state town under the Lodge, in the area behind the tracks. This is a grassy area and there are TOI TOI and a wash trough with drinking water. Other public toilets can be found in the park below the Lodge, near the festival refreshments and also in the Court of Honour of the Wallenstein Lodge.

BASIC GUIDELINES FOR A STAY IN A STATE TOWN:
Do not light fires in the campsite area.
Do not smoke, especially during dry periods or in forested areas.
Avoid loud behavior and disturbing the nighttime quiet.
Do not cut down or damage trees or other plants.
Do not destroy the soil cover, create new paths, or make new camping spots.
Do not leave any trash behind.
Make sure you leave no trace of your presence.
SPACES
The main concert stage will be on theterrace of the summer palace.
Another concert stage will be in thechapitó in the park under the Lodge.
Theatrical performances will take place in the newly renovated Theatron and in the basement under the Lodge terrace.
In addition to the Lodge grounds, artistic performances will also enliven the nearby abandoned Church of All Saints below Zebín.
Forest Café will traditionally take place in a secret place in the heart of the forest below the Lodge.
An accompanying programme will also take place in the tearoom tent, located next to the café marquee Cafeterium.
The children's tent will be situated in the Court of Honour.
NOTICE
The capacity of the event is limited, so it is recommended to secure tickets at the presale: BOOM EVENTS.
Dogs are not allowed inside the monument for safety reasons.
No weapons, glass containers or other dangerous objects, alcoholic beverages, toxic or other intoxicating substances are allowed.
Prohibition of making audio-video recordings of performers without permission.
GASTRO TIPS AT THE FESTIVAL
You can once again look forward to sweet and savory crêpes and grilled treats. Relax in the Teahouse and choose from a wide selection of loose-leaf teas and delicious desserts. Vegetarians and lovers of Indian cuisine will also find something for themselves in the Teahouse. Enjoy coffee or pastries at the café in the Court of Honour or at the caravan in the park. Quench your thirst with beer from the regional Lomnice Brewery or from the flying Valeč Brewery.
